Summary
A unifying event bringing together more than 700 employees between an inspiring convention and a festive evening.On June 5th, 2025, we had the privilege of supporting Orchestra in celebrating its 30th anniversary. Over 700 employees gathered for a day filled with conviviality, emotion, and celebration.
The afternoon took place at the Corum in Montpellier, with a warm welcome, distribution of badges, and personalized gifts. The plenary session opened with speeches from Christophe Pla, CEO, and Pierre Mestre, Chairman of the Group, highlighting 30 years of history and the company’s evolution. The afternoon was further enriched by an inspiring keynote from Axel Alletru, para-athlete, who shared his journey of resilience and self-overcoming — reminding everyone of the importance of constantly reinventing oneself to grow and move forward, a message perfectly aligned with the spirit of the convention. The day concluded with a special moment: awards for employees celebrating 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service.
In the evening, the spotlight shifted to the magnificent Domaine de Verchant, transformed into a chic funfair. Guests enjoyed an aperitif in the gardens, followed by a cocktail dinner and a lively dance party late into the night. The scenography and entertainment created a festive and elegant atmosphere with dancers, a brass band, live music, jugglers, a DJ, and a saxophonist — capped off by a dazzling fireworks show.
🎪 Conviviality, emotions, and surprises made this celebration a truly memorable and unifying moment for all participants.
