Summary
3 TV sets created for the occasion, a technical team of 15 people mobilized, and 450 participants connected to our secure platform.Everything was ready to welcome the 450 participants at Puy du Fou for a great 3-day seminar... unfortunately the health rules no longer allowing this meeting, the event has been completely redesigned by our teams, in order to be maintained, but this times in a 100% virtual environment.
On the program, for the first day, a plenary session of 450 people, followed by a session of live and remote sports games to raise funds for reforestation. Then the following two days, workshops in sub-groups and 3 simultaneous plenaries of 120, 75 and 60 people.
A great success and a very nice virtual event!!!
