Summary
This year the Ciliate Molecular Biology Meeting took place in Montpellier and we are very happy to have been able to support the organizers in setting up and running these 4 days of congress!Nearly 100 participants from all over the world gathered in Montpellier for this edition and nearly a hundred were connected to follow the live from a distance!
Indeed, for the first year, the Ciliate Molecular Biology Meeting was organized in a hybrid version. To do this, we have set up a registration and ticket purchase platform to facilitate registration, and allow “online” participants to have access to the live congress and replays. Our teams were also on site to manage the reception of delegates with a digital check-in, the recording of the congress and the online broadcast on a secure platform, and to accompany the participants throughout these 4 amazing days.
On the program: 4 days of congress in a historic place in the heart of Montpellier, a convivial dinner in a magnificent privatized restaurant, an excursion to Aigues-Mortes with guided tour and lunch, and a closing evening hosted by our great jazz duo!
