Summary
A moment of emotion and celebration for the 2024 class of Polytech Montpellier.The Corum of Montpellier welcomed, in the Berlioz Amphitheater, more than 1200 participants for the Polytech Montpellier graduation ceremony, followed by a cocktail dinner on level 3.
Our team supported Polytech Montpellier to make this event a success:
• Coordination of rehearsals with students, teachers, technicians and Corum staff.
• Creation of visual supports (display design and signage) and setting up of reception areas.
• Entertainment during the cocktail to ensure a festive and warm atmosphere.
• Complete management of service providers, hostesses and hosts, and supervision of speakers (musicians, dancers, theater troupes).
A memorable half-day and evening that will remain etched in the memories of the graduates, their families, and the entire Polytech team.
