Summary
Slice 2026 brought together international experts, students, young doctors and healthcare professionals for an entire week across two complementary formats. This dense and immersive edition highlighted major advances in surgery, data and medical innovation.The event gathered more than 70 participants with 45 experts from around the world. The program featured on‑set debates, technical demonstrations, live surgery from Montpellier University Hospital and workshops designed for students and young doctors. Two gala evenings at sea aboard a catamaran added a memorable touch to the week.
Slice Next Frontiers, held on Monday and Tuesday, offered two days of live shooting and broadcasting, followed by a closing beach evening with a professionally coached volleyball match and dinner on the sand. Slice Worldwide, held on Thursday and Friday, focused on shooting and recording content for later broadcast, ending with a seaside closing lunch in a beach hut.
1.2.3 EVENTS managed the full logistics, including transfers, participant reception and accommodation, on‑site support at the studios and at the hospital, and technical coordination. Run‑through supervision ensured flawless flow throughout the week, from makeup and breaks to transitions and live broadcasting. This intense and inspiring week was once again a pleasure to deliver alongside the Master & Fellox and Careprod teams.
