Summary

Our agency is very happy to have been able, once again, to support the organization of the Royal Canin Vet Symposium, which made its big comeback in Montpellier this year!

As every year, it is always with the same pleasure that our teams accompany the various delegations in their visit. This year again, the event was organized in a hybrid version to benefit as many veterinarians, specialized veterinary assistants, and students from all over the world, live or in replay.

On site, we welcomed around 250 SVAs from all over the world, representing no less than 30 countries! We accompanied Royal Canin in all the logistical organization around this beautiful event with in particular:

- the management of accommodation for guests,

- the organization of all taxi and bus transfers throughout the event, both for arrivals, departures, excursions, shuttle rotations for the gala evening, etc.

- the development of social programs for participants so that they make the most of their visit to Montpellier (to discover local gastronomy and visit the treasures of our beautiful region),

- management of arrivals and departures with a personalized welcome for participants by our project managers,

- and on-site support for delegations.

Once again this year, it was a great pleasure for our teams, after the weeks of organization, to meet the country managers and talk to the guests during their stay in Montpellier!
